Mercato di Luigi is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead evening service in the Cantina. This role is centered around Friday and Saturday dinner service only, where you’ll act as both Maître d’ and Server—welcoming guests, leading the flow of service, managing the room, and delivering warm and thoughtful hospitality.
